Aquina development over 50% sold

HomeGuru.com.my: TTDI Alam Impian Township’s fourth and latest phase, Aquina, has seen over 50 percent of its two-storey linked homes sold.Approximately 68 of the 126 homes available were sold, said NAZA TTDI.The development comprises two-storey linked homes featuring five designs, with gross floor areas (GFA) of between 2,476 sq ft and 4,224 sq ft, priced from RM606,000 to RM1.5 million.The three earlier phases, Sephira, Spira and Viola, have been fully taken up. The Spira owners received their units early this year, while the Viola and Sephira owners will receive their units by end-2011 and 2012 respectively.Charlie Chia, Director of Marketing and Sales at TTDI, said it was the optimistic feedback from the three earlier phases that contributed to the sales.“For Aquina, we have further improved on the design and features, as well as increased the built-up areas to cater to (the) demand for bigger units,” he said.Buyers at the launch were given complimentary maintenance services for one year, in addition to the three percent sales rebate and no legal fee charges on the sales-and-purchase agreement (SPA).
